He has been actively involved in setting up cost-effective and standards-compliant manufacturing and testing facilities. He has participated in several national and international technical conferences and industry forums.
These conferences were conducted in Thailand, China, the United States, Panama, Malaysia, and Bangladesh. His international exposure has strengthened his understanding of global standards and advanced engineering practices. His work philosophy is centered on technical excellence, practical execution, and long-term value creation.

From the beginning of her career, she has been actively involved in the marketing of electrical substation and switchgear products. Her experience spans surge arresters, instrument transformers, insulators, circuit breakers, medium-voltage panels, and low-voltage panels. She has developed strong expertise in customer engagement, market development, and project coordination within the power sector. In the post-COVID period, she undertook the challenge of supplying surge arresters rated at 30 kV and 15 kV to the Ethiopian market. A total quantity of 50,000 units was successfully delivered within a span of six months. This supply supported projects funded under World Bank initiatives. Her leadership during this period demonstrated strong execution capability under tight timelines. Customer satisfaction, Support and long-term relationships remain her primary focus.
